Nicole Lambdin, PMHNP-BC, provides personalized, evidence-based care that combines clinical expertise with compassion and practicality. Appointments are available seven days a week, 7am–7pm, in person or virtually, for children (6+) and adults.

We provide detailed psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients ages 6 and up, focusing on creating balanced, effective treatment plans that respect your goals and lifestyle.

Each evaluation reviews your symptoms, history, and lifestyle to understand the full picture of your mental health. Nicole listens carefully to identify what’s affecting your daily life and builds a personalized, realistic plan.

Medication Management & Genetic Testing

Treatment plans are customized to your needs and adjusted as you progress. Nicole uses evidence-based care and collaborates with GeneSight to ensure medications stay effective, balanced, and well-tolerated.

Brief Supportive Therapy (part of evaluation)

During evaluations and follow-ups, Nicole offers short-term supportive therapy to clarify concerns, ease distress, and guide next steps alongside medication management.

Collaborative Care & Referrals

When talk therapy would help, Nicole connects you with trusted psychologists or counselors for ongoing support, ensuring continuous, coordinated care while medication management continues at UPright Psychiatry.
